City of Tomahawk Transient Merchant's license is not needed at Bubba's Big Party at Nokomis Town Park.

 

 

A 10' x 10' space is $150 for the weekend. All booths are outside in high traffic area. You may rent as many spaces as you want.

FOOD VENDORS- Minimum space 20' x 20' - $600 - No exceptions. Call for pre-approval (715) 453-8532 Bubba

There will be no duplication of food items.

Rent includes:

Parking for 1 vehicle
Admission for 2 sales people
$25 per person for any extra sales people.
Includes a free campsite near to your booth.
Bring your own lights, tables, generator, canopy, etc.

Absolutely NO electricity will be furnished to any Vendors.
If you need electricity, you MUST bring your own generator!

Only a few rules about vending:

  • No sales that violate state or federal laws
    No firearms or fireworks
    No animal sales
    No sub-leasing of vending space
  • No refunds for any reason

Move-in / Set-Up Hours:

  • Wednesday & Thursday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
    Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 am
  • You should be set-up and ready for sales by 11:00 a.m. Friday

Suggested hours to be open for sales:

  • Wednesday & Thursday - Optional
    Friday - 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
    Saturday - 10 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
    Sunday - Optional until Noon
